Property Management Services
- Show the property and respond to phone and email inquiries
- Screen rental applicants including eviction history and criminal record
- Coordinate with government assistance programs, including Section 8, as required
- Prepare and execute a lease
- Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out processes
- Document property condition upon move-in/move-out
- Collect rent and enforce terms of lease
- Receive and respond to tenant calls and concerns
- Respond to emergencies any time day or night
- Determine and execute maintenance (seeking your approval as needed and agreed upon)
- Schedule and follow-up on inspections
- File for and manage evictions, as required
- Engage in ongoing communication to keep you informed
- Provide month and year-end statements detailing your property's performance
